These terms and conditions govern your purchase from Rotatami. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

2. products

Rotatami totems are handcrafted decorative objects designed to sit on top of vinyl records. Because each piece is made by hand in small batches, slight variations in finish, texture, and colour are inherent to the product and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; your piece may differ slightly.

3. orders & availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment; we will notify you if an item is unavailable.

4. pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. shipping & delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information by email. Rotatami is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at rotatami.business@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Because our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

7. intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Rotatami and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. limitation of liability

Rotatami totems are decorative objects. We are not liable for any damage to records, turntables, or other equipment resulting from misuse. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the item.
